Sprint Data Issues and fix.

Starting Friday afternoon, I was unable to download anything or connect to my phone browsers saying that the data connection was unavailable. This persisted all day yesterday so I knew it was not my signal so I called sprint.

After being on the phone for nearly two hours, a technician said that they had another couple of phone calls come in with the same issue that day and that the only fix that they found to work was a hard reset.

We tried updating the profile, and a few Data Restores but it came down to the hard reset and it works fine now. First the 2016 bug and now this Data lock up. Anyone else having/had this issue? Perhaps you found a better fix for future reference.

Edit: Forgot to add, this seemed to be happy with TP2 and/or HTC phones.

Had that problem today, resolved by taking battery out and back in.

I was contemplating making a post because my data has been CRAP since Friday too! Really was wondering if it was just me or what.

I've been on a flashing rampage all weekend too so hard resetting does nothing for me, my average speeds are only between 100-400kbs so it really sucks.

Try different radios if you have problems. I don't have any issues what so ever. Using 2.23 radio

I am not familiar with "radios" for the phone..

Yesterday sprint told me they had other people calling about this issue and today, just now, they said they were not aware of any issues and said it was my airave, but I haven't been home...

Are you using a stock rom?

And just wondering.. whats the zipcode you are in?
