As a sero customer who had a fair and flexible plan I had trouble using the commonly found employee accounts phone number found everywhere. When asked to enter my number I was sent directly to regular customer service. I was given the following number which connects you without asking for your phone number

866-264-1282


this instead of the 8381 number. Hope it helps.

Thanks. I will try this number. I was shot down 4 times yesterday trying to take over someones Sero plan. They claim its not possible anymore even though I already have one sero plan.

Finally got a SERO transfer. had to use this Number 866-264-1282
Upgraded it to SERO Premium at 40/month

Bought an lg optimus and activated it on my $40/month sero plan no problems!

Glad I could help. It's wise to also ask them to update your account so it's mapped as a sero account in the future.
