Re: Cab Style RegEdits... For the Diamond... Get em Here

I installed the performance cab but I don't know if I did the soft reset correctly. I pressed the Reset button but the phone restarted while I kept the button pressed for the 60 seconds. Do I have to reset with the phone shut off? Also, how can I tell if the installation worked and performance/battery were enhanced? Thanks!

EDIT: Seems like the reg values were changed correctly on the phone. Now hopefully performance and battery life are enhanced! Thanks!

sillly, you dont have to reset for 60 seconds. you are to wait 60 seconds after installing the cab before reseting.

Re: Cab Style RegEdits... For the Diamond... Get em Here

How about cabing up the tweak that stops the keyboard from popping up everytime you open something with a text entry field. I like to be able to read the whole page before deplying the key board.

HKCU/ControlPanel/SIP New DWord "TurnOffAutoDeply" Value 1

Thanks

lets bring this to life. make it stickied one day. Personally I dont want to flash and hack the registry and stuff. I like just installing a .cab file and if I dont like it simply uninstall it. Here are some more that I found. All of these I use and like unless otherwise noted.

Just to add about the clocks.. you must install the sprintflip clock first, then the other clocks will work.

The only problem with posting the cab files like this, is that none of them suppport a link to the thread. Alot of these programs can interact with others and cause problems. That's why it's a great need to have the link to the thread. People tend to post their problems, and find answers for them. Just as the post below from (eenieMINI) stated about the clock issue. Anyways, that's my thought on this.

Thanks T M Z

Re: Cab Style RegEdits... For the Diamond... Get em Here

good point but atleast a list of what is available would be nice. or the link could link to the actual forum/post instead of the files download location. Unless I check this forum and XDA everyday there is always new stuff coming out I will never know about. Ive been all over this forum and XDA for about almost a month now and am still finding cool new .cabs Ive never seen before.
