Bing - not connecting?

Have been having issues with Bing for the last 2 weeks...

Have tried several TP2 (All Sprint) stock and on Energy...also unlocked Sprint TP2 on At&t issue happens with DATA and WiFi -
*Issue* BING will update the daily image and will find my location and weirdly it will pull latest News in the News tab......
But it will not do Web, Local, or Address/Location searches...nor will it Give Directions/Guidance as it gives an error to check the connection. I

I am lost as to how/why the Daily image is updated and matches the Arrive Bing Home and or website UrL Bing daily image, but is saying it is not connected to the internet.

I am assuming Microsoft is blocking the app, but that is ridiculous since we/I can still use Bing through an Internet Browser.

Really was one of the few things (read major thing) allowing me to still use the TP2 on my SERO plan, but now I may just have Sprint add a 6th line on to my Everything Plus Referral Plan as a $10 increase would be better than a $20 for a Sero Premium($10) + Top tier phone (4G & iPhone equate to an additional $10 so total of $20).

Anyone know if there is a fix to get Bing working/connected again???

(I can use Android on the TP2 with one-hiccup - I cannot recieve incoming calls. Phone does not ring.)
