I can't make this work for some reason. I'm dyin' here. I downloaded file and opened it, I also tried saving ir, then opening/extracting it, but it still doesn't work. Any ideas? How about a careful step by step. Like a "Dummies" version. I'm lost.

It's both.

It's funny, after getting a new computer and a new rom I found myself having to Google this. Glad I posted it! Thanks for all the kind words...
