Hey, ya'll
If your looking for an easy way to transfer stuff from Outlook to Google for android do this ... worked for me. ![]() 1. Export stuff from Outlook -File --> Import and Export --> Export to a file --> Comma Separated Values (DOS) -Then Choose what you want to export. --> Save file wherever you heart desires. 2. Import on Gmail.com -In Gmail go to contacts. -Click Import -Open the file and import. 3. Sync with Android -If you didnt sync your gmail account with the phone at startup then just open gmail and sync. -If your already synced with your gmail account your contacts should appear shortly. and your done. lemme know how it comes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ~Giggles~ XV6900 NFSFAN V1.00 ZenHero build 09-08-09 Come check out all the good tech news at http://Techbrawl.com |

Re: How to sync Outlook with Android.
something i tried, because i run multi platform- pc at work, mac at home, ppc- sometimes 6.5 sometimes android- on theroad. is i published my outlook to gmail calendar as well as iCal. the three work together to keep the ppc up to date and i use google sync for the rest. quite a bit of trial and error to get it all to work, but well worth the trouble. now i dont even use outlook at work except for email. everything else is managed by google.

Re: How to sync Outlook with Android.
I found a solution to a similar situation.
I currently don't have a Data plan on my Vogue but i wanted to try out Android and import my contacts offline. It was simple really. I used this free program at: http://www.spritesoftware.com/Produc...ow-To-Transfer Hope this helps! ~Syn |

Re: How to sync Outlook with Android.
I do not have the Moment yet, but would like to get one. However, I cannot get it until I find a solution to the lack of sync options w/ Outlook.
I have found 2 sync solutions, but since I don't have the phone yet, cannot comment on how either work in a real-world environment. I am curious whether anyone has real-world experience with either of these. CompanionLink Software http://www.companionlink.com/android...droid-usb.html Mark/Space The Missing Sync for Android http://www.markspace.com/products/an...uirements.html If so, please advise. Thank you. |
