I figured out how to get the pictures tab on titanium to open in HTC Album. The tab just opens it in the default viewer so you have to change the default for pics - easy enough. If you want to do this, I attached a cab that will take care of it for you.  |
Thanks.. your CAB has a lot of registry entries in it, but all you really need to do is this:

"1"="htcalbum.exe"
This opens the picture shown in the tab, and also opens HTC Album when you click on the "All Photos" soft key.
