Good thing I didn't flash over to another ROM too fast because of the Microsoft OneNote issue. I soft reset my device with it connected to the PC USB cable and once Active Sync started going again
(I had already paired it with the PC after flashing), a pop-up window appeared in my desktop copy of OneOne, by the "Side Note" icon in my lower taskbar. The pop-up said it can install OneNote Mobile on my device for me. Pretty nice, the desktop edition realized a piece of Office software was missing on my mobile device. So I told it to set it up and now I've got OneNote Mobile on my Touch Pro with StartROM 1.6

.
I'm good now. Really enjoying that I can make calls using Manilla with this ROM, which I could not do with Juicy 7. I've now got a WM 6.5 build, with a better working Rhodium Manilla. Some items in Star ROM 1.6 are a little misaligned, like landscape Manilla in Juicy 7 looked a little better, but overall I'm liking StartROM 1.6 better so far.
Having a licensed copy of Onenote on my desktop helped me past my issue of OneNote Mobile not being in the ROM, but I guess anyone who uses OneNote Mobile and does not have a license for the desktop version might be in some trouble if they want to try StarROM 1.6.
I decided to try StarROM because a number of people who have tried various ROMs have mentioned they preferred it. I guess for now I'm another in that camp.
