What ROM are you running? I am running Might 4.13 and I can not get wallpaper on all tabs to work.

Oh wait...I think I edited a manila file to make it work...but its currently not working for me. Try this manila file and let me know if it makes the wallpaper on the other tabs darker.

Copy to windows folder and reset your phone.
