So, after a little advice from jdume, a theme from JCKOTZE, some icons from Knobi, and my own meager photoshopping skills.... This is my first custom theme/skin. And my S2U2 is Bob_55 blackberry clock, and mushi(i think. he is from xda) transparent slider, and again my photoshopped bg.
