I finally figured out the color coding thing.... check this website...

Using the chart choose the color you're looking for (I've only tried the colors that have * as vga safe) use the LAST column of numbers in your reg edit.. (decimal edit) You will get the exact color... I'm able to create my teal that I was wanting now!
