My tp definitely gets slower than my mogul. I notice that it runs very snappy after a soft reset and gets slower and slower. It seems that many programs don't close properly even though is it closed from "X" menu. Install dotFred Task Manager and close the running programs and gain all the lost speed. Mine is running laggy after a full day at work and I found that opera, tcpmp and my gps program was still running even though I closed them. With htc's task manager.


To the guy complaining that we are wasting htc's time: maybe they should release a phone that runs at it's advertised speed. They should pull the bad ones instead of trying to push them off on people who don't know that their phone is running like crap.
It seems to be a software issue so I will keep it until I discover if there is a hardware difference between the newer ones.

I haven't returned mine as they are back ordered and I don't have the chrome, touch pad popping off, heat and charging issues that others have. If I return it now, I most likely will get a worse one.

Where is Samsung? Sony? Sanyo? Toshiba? can't any of them bring HTC some competition for us sprint users?
