FYI: My I900 DZHJ1ROM has Opera Mobile 9.5 installed in ROM. I downloaded Opera Mobile 9.5.1 Beta and now I have two versions of Opera Mobile. I have tried installation into Device and My Storage and that does not delete the original ROM version of Opera. Anyone have any ideas on how to delete or overwrite? I know 9.5 is installed in ROM and I do NOT want to Flash a new/updated ROM. Thanks

What version of Opera Mobile do we need for our Omnia I900? I just downloaded from:
http://rapidshare.com/files/20284958...54_WWE_VGA.CAB and it is VGA and we should use QVGA. I will look for the QVGA version and post link here unless someone beats me to it. This is really great. NOW, I hope I can get a solution to the biggest problem I dislike with my Opera (which I love).
You have all those versions. I am willing to try each and every one of them to find the one that is best for me. But, if anyone could save me all that hassle, I would appreciate it. I have the 9.5 beta as well. And I am currently using the stock version from the ROM (vz i910) Here is why. The keyboard allows samsung keyboard. 9.5 keeps defaulting to wm default (tiny tiny finger keyboard) stock version allows me to log onto my xm radio account and listen to xm through Omnia. 9.5 is missing the software needed to activate that site/app. Now what I like about 9.5. It doesn't have the finger map diagram that lays over most of the upper left screen. I HATE THAT when I'm scrolling to read. It is constantly where my eye wants to read as I'm scrolling down. wait a few seconds and it goes away. But it is so annoying. So what I want is a version that: 1. allows samsung keyboard 2. includes plugin for xm radio (sorry don't know what it is) 3. does not have the map diagram when scrolling If anyone knows which version I need for this, thank you. |
