Armband for Omnia II/also good "cardio" software?

Hello, I recently download "SportyPal"- pretty good software (when it works) which uses the GPS and tracks your run/bike/walk. You can then upload to their site and track everything and look at your course overlayed on a map. Pretty cool.

I got an iPhone armband/case so I can keep the phone in view of the satellites while riding. Well, the iphone is a lot thinner than the omnia, and although the Omnia fits snugly in the case, it keeps triggering the side buttons for volume and phone. the app keeps stopping, also- I'm not sure if it's because of the buttons pushes or something else. So first I'll see if I can find a good armband case for the omnia.

I like this iphone case because it's got a clear cover so I can glance at the phone while riding. Other generic models I've seen are just a solid "pocket". Anybody have any good armbands they've used with the omnia? Something with a clear front and not so tight that it's always pushing the buttons?

And, SportyPal is the only app I've tried so far (and it's free). Is there anything else I should look at??

Thanks!

Picked up a Case Logic armband case for the ipod, and it seems to fit well, no issues with side buttons. didn't like Sportypal, found it too flaky. Trying Runsat which seems to work Ok. Using it as a backup to my Polar RS800Cx with GPS. Came in handy today when my Polar died from a low battery.
