Omnia Unlock screen and other questions i920
 

SO, I love the Omnia line and have always said this with a grain of salt. Now with the Omnia 2 (I920) I have actually hit a wall and will be looking towards Flashing into a new rom to get the most from the device.

My question while I learn about ROM's and flashing techniques
is how to make the default samsung touchwiz lock screen for the Windows lock that seems to only come about when you setup a password.

I like the Winphone one better because of how clean it looks and how the notifications aren't taking up the whole screen.

I also would love to know how to edit the "windows default" today screen.

It makes no sense to have such a nice layout and if I want to customize it i go back in time to the old menu style.

Help please!

As for ROM's anyone who has used one, is there a stable and fast running one leaving the Software from Samsung on there and removing just the verizon stuff?
