how customizable is the Samsung Omnia 2
 

Hi I just purchased a Samsung Omnia 2 from Bell. I had a HTC Touch Pro that died and was quite comfortable with changing roms on occasion. Does this phone offer the same capability? I have heard mixed reviews on TouchWiz 2 and have been told that a custom rom resolves the lag that occurs when using TouchWiz.

Another thing, when it comes to the keyboard, is there an option to use a suretype qwerty keyboard in potrait mode or a reg hack that can enable that?

roms can be found on modaco forums. you should give spb mobile shell 3.5 a try. it speeds the phone up tremendously. there are infinite keyboard variations you jut need to search a little.
