How easy is it to get a phone replacement?

Apparently I will be getting a new o2 phone replacent this wedsday and have to ship the old one back or I will have to pay $600. Well I'm tired of mine phone freezing up and giving me errors and such, so I went to vzw store the other day and I just asked the clerk if I could get a new phone. The guys said yes you can and no charge at all. Nice, not too many questions were asked and it took less then 5mins to get everything needed done...how easy is that..

Same with me. Although the new phone still has my 4-5 ring delay issue (seems to be a system problem), there was no hesitation about offering me a new phone.

I got my replacement phone, its somewhat faster but im ok with it and cant complaint for now. it does come with omnia 2 newest update. it no longer has more room to place my apps. i would have to remove some apps the phone came with.m also the screen its more sensetive and more responsive.m
