Has your O2 frozen??

When I bought O2 I was expenting the best thing ever, bug free and nothing wrong with it. When I bought it few minutes after playing with it, the Opera browser had an error and it shut down it sel, few days later I tryied to change the theme to black and it froze. Just a few days ago intalled skyfire and it worked great. I tried to open skyfire and the the phone froze. I had to take off the battery to get it running.

Re: Has your O2 frozen??

Everything's been fine for mine....until this morning. I turned it on and came back to it a minute or so later and it was stuck halfway through start up. I could see my wallpaper, and a few of the "buttons" were listed, but nothing else. And none of the buttons worked. I waited and eventually the screen shut off. Pressing the power button did nothing, so I hit the reset button twice-

Sonic Boom - yes there is a reset button, its just south of the OK button on the left side of the phone, check out page 15 of the manual

- both times it got to the same point and stopped. I took the battery out and waited a minute and then replaced it and turned it back on and now it works fine. I hope this isn't a bad sign. I usually don't get insurance, but as I still have 2 weeks so that may change.

The O2 got sneaky with its placement of the reset button. There is one, if you haven't found it yet. Take the battery cover off and the reset button is located right beside the "OK" button. (to the right of the "OK" button, if you're looking at it from the side)
