Re: do you have protection for your o2?

Is that place in the mall ("InvisiShield") any good? Might at well get it done sooner rather than later....

Re: do you have protection for your o2?

Well I installed the Bodyguardz invisible shield and it's well worth the $20 in my opinion. I actually like it better than the SGP shield I had installed on my Omnia I910 due to being less fingerprint prone.

Re: do you have protection for your o2?

I bought the iSheildz branded screen protector from the Bell store when I got my phone. Seems to be just like the Invisible Sheild, same type of installation process.

I'm very pleased with it. The screen is very responsive and there's barely any glare. Also, fingerprints/smudges are not at all an issue with the iSheildz on. The only [very minor] complaint I have is that the material seems kind of grippy, which can get in the way of sliding through menus.

so long as it is a Verizon Omnia 2 (i920 NOT i8000) they shouldn't have a problem with it.

Re: do you have protection for your o2?

Just an update for people who don't know already. Zagg now has the invisible shield for our Verizon i920 Omnia 2. I just ordered it and should have it in a few days.

Unrelated to screen protectors, I called up proclipusa (brodit) and they are currently in production of the i920 device mount for their mounting system. She couldn't tell me when exactly it will be available, but she put me on the e-mail list to let me know./

Re: do you have protection for your o2?

I just left the factory-installed shipping clear-cover on the screen.
When Steinheil comes back in stock, will install that.

Re: do you have protection for your o2?

Steinheil sent me an email today saying:

Thank you for contacting SGP customer service.
Yes we are expecting the i920 to be in stock possibly today, if not by end of this week.
