Email Popping Up - Page 2

I have this same problem with the stock Verizon ROM (build 21863.5.0.67) and also have Mobile Shell 3.53 installed. Using AE Button+ to rotate the screen.

Would like to avoid a hard-reset as there's a lot of programs and customization on the device that would need to be reinstalled.

So Ive I was having the same problem, so i started messing with all my settings and when i changed my hotmail email sync to every 15min it stoped but that sucks because it actually syncs like every 2 hours when you do that :S there must be a way to do a hot fix or something for windows live because im 100% sure thats the problem

I don't have hotmail, but do have a gmail IMAP account that syncs every 5 min. It doesn't pop up that often. I set it to 10 min to see if it changes.

Yes i tryed it with gmail as well and it only happened when it was set to 5 min
