Use the phone as modem feature a LOT can the momemt do phone as modem? I am playing woth the hero too but can't deal with the keyboard and the hero seems laggy and a PITA especially when trying to post here if I'm zoomed in and typing and go outside of the screen I have no idea what it says, not sure I can live without the real keyboard, any custom roms with the moment? Re: mogul to moment

Yes. You can tether with the Moment (use as modem). Some people use PDAnet and some use AZlink. There are a few threads online on how to do it. Hope that helps.

Re: mogul to moment

In the market, search "PDAnet",and install it
Your computer must install the Moment's usb drivers

So,you can run the "PDAnet" as modem...

Re: mogul to moment

thanks guys, any idea if the moment can act as a wireless router, that is a kinda usefull feature with my mogul, i just ordered 2 of these moments should be here when i get back intown on sat, can't wait to start playing with the new toy, lots to figure out and learn, i did become terribly addicted to flashing custom ROMs with my mogul hopefully we'll start seeing some cool stuff for this as well

no need to flash roms on android phones really, just install, configure and customize as you like using the app store.
