My monent is stock on too many patten attempt screen is there a way out of this where i dont have to hard reset phone i need my contacts.

If you didn't setup a gmail account with the phone then no there is no way, that I know of.

If you did it should have a forgot pattern button and then you'd have to sign in with your gmail account.
