weatherbug elite is probably the best for overall weather app. i use beautiful widgets on my home screen. it is the closest thing to the htc weather clock i can find. it updates on intervals that you set

I like weather forecast widget since we already have a clock in the notification bar

i like a big clock the one in the taskbar isnt big enough just to glance at real quick. and i really like the htc weather clock. i have used a couple of htc windows devices and i really got attatched to the htc weather clock
