Why wont the good games run on this phone?
 

ok good games is my oppinion but non of the polarbit like raging thunder or the sqaudron game will work on this phone but work on the 550mhz droid and are awesome on the evo..

Run a custom rom and it will get a lot better, unfortunately Samsung didn't do a very good job on the graphics drivers and they didn't open source them so they won't get better anytime soon.

I am running the latest kernel / rom from noobnl it includes opengl and the java v8. But I hav e seen no improvement. Actually I tried a few custom kernels and my phone seems to be slower with most of them. Atleast locking up more. Oh well guess ill get an evo when someone actually has one in stock. Anybody want a moment :).

here go to sdx and download amstel's rom then put meatkernal1.1 on so far its about the best i have found.
