SWUpgrade wont do it's thing....

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!! So I am on the leaked 2.1 upgrade... It is acting buggy, but I am stuck on it forever I guess, cause the update tool wont run.... just says ready and never actually runs....PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!

Problem solved... AVG will not let SWUpdate run... just uninstall AVG and all is good :)

Problem is back... and now things are worse... update utility is back to not running, now my wife's phone is a brick... is there anyway to flash from the SD card?

what were you running stock or rooted?

I was running the leaked 2.1 non rooted.... but I effed it all up and bricked it... took it to sprint and now it is on the sprint release 2.1

then theres no way to flash from sd you have to get custom recovery on there first.
