both Quk and Ustream dont work with 2.1
 
Ok so i happily have 2.1 dd10 but for some reason both ustream and qik dont work

below is what i get for qik righ after i hit the green "start streaming" button
java.lang.runtimexemption;fail start

with ustream i get a force close from:
process tv.ustream.usclient


ive done the 0.0.0.0 multimedia fix for streaming music apps that had issues.

qik works fine on my moment, running DD10.

rub it in why dontcha. I started from scratch and now im getting force closes on a bunch of things(including my damn alarm clock this morning).

the website is a little buggy right now, here is the streaming fix:


for streaming applications you'll have to disable Multimedia gateway (new feature in 2.1 rom) .It works fine after that:

phone > Dialer > ##3282# > Multimedia > Enter "MSL" > You will see RTST Proxy, HTTPPD Proxy > modify every list > set Address with "0.0.0.0", port with '0'.

to get your MSL - go into connectbot and type "getprop" and in that mass of information, there should be a 6-digit number after [ril.MSL]

not working for me, even after this was done. youtube and whatnot has been working, i did that trick a while ago. but ustream still doesnt work
