Sprint navigation question

Is there any way to leave the screen on while using sprint navigation besides changing the settings of the phone to leave the display on? Thanks in advance.

Re: Sprint navigation question

I use a program called KeepScreen to do this in google maps. you can tell it to leave the screen on for only certain apps. It works like a charm.
