Need to get the MSL of my ip-830

Hello, I'm new in this forum, and with my IP-830 too, I need to get the MSL code in order to change the PRL if have, because in my country the phone company use other one.

Also I'd like to use the GSM with a pre paid card of Orange, but I could not get the service, is there any way to I can use it?

Assuming you have the Sprint-branded IP-830w, you'll have to contact Sprint to get the MSL and info on how to use another company's SIM card.
