probem

i have a samsung ip-830w,nd i have 2 problems.
the first problem is the phone wont turn off, i held dwn the end call button nd it takes me to an error reporting screen, nd wen i hold dwn the screen light button it just turns the screen off but not the phone itself.

the second problem is towards the end of the day my alerts just shut off, it wont vibrate or sound.the notification sign shows upand thats all.

plz if any1 knows why this is happening or what to do plz tell me.
thank you

something's gotten out of whack........try a soft reset, if that doesn't help, hard reset
