OEM extended batter and cover for Intrepid

Just a heads up to anyone who is interested getting an extended battery for the Intrepid. http://www.1800mobiles.com/info.html.

They sell the OEM extended batteries for the intrepid and the battery cover as well. You will need to call them about the battery cover because there is no pic for it on the website. Its about 9 bucks for the cover. If anyone is using a OEM silicone gel from samsung it will fit with the extended battery. Those can be purchased from the sprint store.

They do make them, this site sells the Samsung OEM extended cover for the phone. You need to call them becuae its not listed on the site. The Samsung website doesn't have them but this place does. Got mine for $8.95, what do you think was the purpose for this post LOL

The extended battery adds slight bulk to the phone which make the phone feel a lot better in the hand. Also it fits the OEM silcone gel from samsung.

Post a pic, I'm curious what it looks like. Have to say, though, one of the things I really loved about the intrepid was never having to even think about battery life. :) I don't think I ever went below 70%, though (just being fair) I didn't use it as much as some other phones because the display doesn't invite web browsing use like the VGA/WVGA phones do.

Looks like the same battery cover that comes with the phone, just slight extended. Dude trust me I've been looking for the same thing every since I found out they even made an extended battery.
