Hard reset phone, when browsing for pictures on "my device," doesn't show windows dir
 

Help,

I hard reset my phone but when I'm using the picture browser in facebook app, icon change, etc, if you click "my device" it shows all the folders in \ but will not show \windows.

What to do to get this to show again?

I thought the windows folder only showed in a Registry Edit Program i.e. Total Commander. I cannot access my windows folder from "pictures and video" if thats what you mean, if not, sorry i misunderstood :)

When I open pictures and videos and select "My Device" from the upper left, I see:

Trusted
~Recycled
OMA_DM
MUSIC (one of my folders)
ConnMgr
Application...
device.cs
My Documents
Program Files
Storage Gard
Documents...
Temp
Windows (I have to scroll down to see this one, it sits by itself on a line below the others because I have 13 folder icons in this list)

I don't use the Facebook app (isn't it just awful? that's why I stopped using it), so I can't speak to that. Some apps don't allow access to all folders, though.

I had to unhide it.
