I760 Arcsoft Cricket

i have cricket and i did the flash and installed the arcsoft checked the reg and i keep getting user name and pasword wrong i dont know i have been trying a arcsoft cabs but noting can any maybe help me

i dont know what the settings are to check i used qpst to do the flash
