Is there an Android Stand-Alone Equalizer?

I was really intending on using this phone to play music, but the output is awful through 3.5mm. Is there an Equalizer program that will fix the stock music player output and let me tweak it to actually have bass?

Well, I started using Astro Player that comes with an equalizer, and it's pretty good aside from a few little problems (if you go to artists, you click on the artist and it takes you to cds, but you have to actually start playing to see songs. Weird.).

I just don't understand why I'm getting the same hollow sound I do from a TP2 that a TP absolutely blows out of the water. Weird.
