PPCGeeks - Samsung Galaxy S (GT-I9000)

Hi, I have some issues with my Samsung Galaxy S (GT-I9000). First, not able to send messages using the exchange mail. I am able to send and receive using pop or imap accounts. I am able to receive, sync contact/caledar using exchange mail but not able to send. I am able to view the sent items (when messages are sent from PC).

Second issues the sent items folder shows only my name rather then the receiver name (to whom the mail is sent).

Third, not able to change the colour scheme / especially my calendar entries were displaying the colours which strain for reading.

I am not able to install or change the theme as well as there is no such thing as theme I find in the settings.

Any one who have solution for any of the above please do respond.
