OTA EL29 to FD24 ICS Update Zip
ACS has posted a zip file to manually update to ICS 4.0.3. You need to be on stock EL29 with no custom recovery. Not sure if the update will work on rooted phones.

Well, looks like another leaked build is coming so this may not be IT.
Going back to EL26 fo various sundry reasons. |

May I ask your reason for going to EL26? I rooted my EL29, was gonna try out some ROMs but nothing really caught my eye.

That was what I nandroided. I never updated to EL29 as I have so many tweeks and hacks already installed. Once a final (lol) version comes out, I'll update to ICS. |
I was reading up on the update before FD24, seems to be fairly stable. I may have to play around with it. Did you try it, if so any issues?

FD24 seemed very quick and stable. I didn't try gps or maps, but email, browser and text all worked without issue. Battery seemed to drop quickly, but that was likely from the flash wiping the stats. I'll update to EL29 once I hear that the ICE update is dropping. |

Right now I am on EL29 as well and seems to be pretty stable for me, I am mainly stocked besides CWM and Root.
