How-To:
On any screen press the power and home button at the same time, this will create a screen capture which can be found in your gallery.

Ya I didnt know that one!
I thought it was a feature of previous phone but I never knew how I did it lol

One I learned b/c the screen doesn't turn off when listening to voice mail is to press and hold the notification area and slide left for dim screen and right for bright screen. It was driving me mad not knowing how the screen brightness kept going to full dim. I actually had to READ! to figure it out. I must be getting old...
