Its been around fo couple months. It only helps you out if you have things install via cab, so basically this is for clean roms, that have things install during customizations

It basically tricks windows into thinking the files are in the \windows directory, when they really are in \windows\xxxxx. This keeps the windows directory cleaner and makes the rom faster, because it takes less time for the program to get to the right files, when theres less to go through.

It will be more and more useful the bigger our program and storage memory gets.
