ppc kitchen error

I am trying to cook my own rom. I downloaded buildos and installed and then ran the updater. I installed the herman kitchen and the non share oem. When I tell it to calculate the rom size it runs fine. When I click the green > arrow to start it building so I can flash I get an error at the very end. It appears to be working fine and then I get a popup error messages that says
:
Error building default.hv and user.hv!
Any ideas what is causing this?

This is getting really frustrating. I downloaded buildos and installed the kitchen for herman(for my touch pro) and ppc kitchen options execpt the non-shareware items. I ran the updater. I started the kitchen and selected the few options that I wanted and I am always getting this error. I looked at the id before the error. The only way to see what is causing it is to unrar all of the kitchens into a single folder and then search. It is giving this error on a lot of different things that don't make sense. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

If anyone else is having this problem, here is a solution that I have found. There seems to be an issue with either the enlarge task bar or enlarge start menu options. If you are getting this error and you have them checked, uncheck them.
