Error during encoding
 

I keep getting this error every time I try to build my new ROM. I'm trying to build a new 23037 ROM and everything goes fine until this error. Right before it I get something about this being a non-sanctioned build base or something.

Sorry, I'm still fairly new to ROM building (only built one ROM ever) and I've jumped straight into trying to build a 23037 ROM. I'm building using the files from: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=77176 and from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544445

Any ideas? I've been searching all day.

Well, I just uninstalled and reinstalled and this time it all worked... I hate computers... lol
