Extract ROM from phone

Is there a way to extract the existing ROM off of a phone? I'm trying to get the ROM off of a HTC Touch Dual (NEON400). There is no development for this unit, so I want to start.

Re: Extract ROM from phone

Thanks, I think that this project is dead for me now, but I have bookmarked and when I have some time I am going to look into this.
