Reinstalling Windows 6.1
I need to reinstall WM 6.1 and it won't let me. Do I need to downgrade to WM 6 somehow and then upgrade back to 6.1?

you can flash any rom, or hard reset by going to start>settings>system>clear storage. make sure you back up all contacts and programs

I dont have an option to clear storage under my systems tab. Also, the exact words are, you cannot reinstall an upgrade/or from an uprgrade, when i try to reinstall 6.1.
