WM6.1 for HTC 6800
 

I have an HTC 6800 through AllTel (thank you for your regret). For months now WM6.1 has been available to other users with other vendors. Now AllTel displays "WM6.1 Update Available" on the pages they sell phones from on the web but if you click the link it goes to HTC that still says AllTel has no update available.

Has anyone come across the same thing? Does anyone have a link to the actual OS that will work for a 6800?

Here is a link for the New Alltel Rom. I used it to flash two of my PPC-6800 and it is from Alltel. I do not know why they have not posted it on their web site by, if you are looking for WM 6.1 with GPS this is the one you need.

I was told that it was going to be released today but still have not seen it on the update site.
