good question i have a buddie with a tilt to and its nice but its not a mogul. (and whenever i install programs that i use on my mogul on his it runs like crap lot gliches happen.)

No, ROMs are device-specific.

Regular programs or apps should not be an issue since they both run the same OS, unless the app was specifically designed for the Mogul... which there are probably not many of those out there.

Having said that... not all apps run well on all devices either.

i install the same things on my tilt that i did on my mogul and i have never had a single problem. tomtom, resco programs, i do the same registry edits. if anything the mogul did'nt have enough RAM but the tilt had plenty to spare and would run ten times better.
