Deleting files

Im looking for a way to delete files on first boot on the sd card (this is for a rom project im working on for android on the TP2 ) basicaly what i want it to do is you flash my rom it check for files and folders on the sd if these folders and files exists is will delete the files then excutes a cab to install the android subsystem im wanting to do this in the UC fist boot or when you click a link ( i know how to triger fist boot us at any time so i could do this with out any special process if i knew how to do the delete thing.

anyone that can help with eather batching or a app is apricated ... one thing tho it has to prompt before deletion (safty reasons i dont want to delete some ones data with out there knoledge.)

Use mortscript. Its very easy to learn, especially a little if then delete copy, write a variable to reg sayin your updated package has been installed so that when it launches again it just checks and if the var is set to what you set it, proceeds with the boot and if not overwrites existing files then sets it again

cool ill look in that if i can get it to work what it do is a rom that will be built to preconfigure its self for the android subsystem ceck if the files exist on the sd card delete and rewrite
