where is icons

I cook my own rom, and use chome editor. To edit the today screen on win 6.5. The issue is that I can not find some game icons. I search through all of the directories. Only to find two of the seven I want to use. Is their a program that can extract the icons out of the exe?

All I can think of is PE explorer that can see icons in EXE's, it may be able to export them as images for you.
