which is better: PhoneAlarm or PocketZenPhone?
 

suggestions on which one to buy?

personally use phonealarm myself, but I havent tried phonezen.

I guess depends what you want.

Generally speaking, PhoneAlarm is by the far the most popular and best supported.

PhoneAlarm is also more than just a profile manger, more imporantly (imo) is it's a counter for Voice Mail, email, SMS, missed calls, etc and has repeating alarms for notifications in case you missed one.

The skins are also amazing. This is what I'm using now:

I saw that skin & have spent a while now trying to figure out how to load it; there's no CAB file, just .skn & GIFs. Any tips?

Just extract the contents. They'll form their own folder(s), then just copy that folder to your PhoneAlarm directory. You'll also need to put the .skn file into \phonealarm .

just copy the format of the other skins in that directory.

Have you had any trouble with the WiFi icon showing WiFiOff even tho WiFi is really on?

Mine doesn't work either...I'll post over there and see if he can fix it.
