well the title pretty much says it all, can anyone help me make/design a theme/taskbar with this game in mind?

Yes, very vague. If you're going to request a theme the very least you can do is list your phone, operating system and the version you are running, and the UI and version of it you are running, ie. Sense, Mobile Shell, etc. It would also be very helpful to post some images of what you had in mind.
