It's not a zip file, just rename the file by removing '.zip' now it's a properly named cab file.

Install/Enjoy!

OK...here you go.... The file you download in a previous thread is named: hmarkinst.cab.zip

download it to your PC, and rename the file to: hmarkinst.cab (just removing the period and letters z i p)

Hope that explains well enough for ya, it can get trycky changing extentions at times!!!

Here, I made it easy on ya...I renamed the cab and zipped it, so now if you extract, you will get the file.

I just checked, and it is still there, just download and open, then drag the CAB out of the zip folder to your desktop. If you unzip, you will have a folder with the CAB file in it.
