Photon: A worthy successor to the Vogue?

I have been looking for a few months for a worthy successor to my Vogue which has a similar or smaller form factor. It looks like the the leaked HTC photon sounds like the next one line line?
HTML Code:
                         HTC Photon HTC Vogue
Size 104 x 57 x 10.9mm 101mm x 59.6mm x 14.1mm
Screen 3.2″ 2.8"
Screen Type Capacitive Resistive
Resolution HVGA QVGA
3.5mm audiojack yes no
Processor MSM7227 600MHz MSM7500™, 400MHz
RAM 256 MB 128 MB
Memory 512 MB 256 MB
Battery 1300 mAh 1100 mAh
A-GPS yes yes
FM Radio yes no
Accelerometer yes no
Compass no no
HW Keyboard no no
Camera 5MP 2MP
Release Date April 2010

This is way too early to tell and we don't know for sure which carriers would have it. But if it does come out on Sprint (and is eligible for SERO), would you get it to replace an aging Vogue?

Re: Photon: A worthy successor to the Vogue?

the capacitive screen and accelerometer seems nice, but the smaller memory size and processor speed somewhat have me worried.

Re: Photon: A worthy successor to the Vogue?

Sorry folks. There was a typo in the original comparison. Photon has twice the memory as Vogue and has the faster processor.

@Lmiller1708: I am guesing HD2 might be a little big for me to carry in my pocket. That is why I am looking for the form factor similar to the vogue.
