Using Dpad in Email... Can I change the scroll behavior?

Hello. Lots of great information here so I though I'd see if anyone can help me out. On my Palm Pro (6.1 clean), I was wondering if there was a way to change the scrolling behavior while looking at emails? I'd like it to do a line at a time instead of jumping up/down sections at a time.

Any thoughts?
